Step 1 - Groups

Register for your usual class as per the Registration Instructions.

The timetable is split into two groups Beginners/Intermediate (6 Classes) and Intermediate to Advanced (9 Classes).

You can change your sessions to an available slot within your group. If you cannot find a suitable class and you are happy to catch up in a class that is either easier or harder and therefore in a different group to you please email me and I will sort this out for you.

All other class swops must be made yourself within your TeamUp account log in. 

Step 2 - Wait!

When the course dates are first released you will only be able to sign up for the full course and not make any date changes. This is to give everyone the chance to register for their usual class.

From Tuesday 2nd September onwards the restriction for full course registration will be lifted and you can then change any dates you can’t make with available slots in other groups and book drop in sessions at the higher rate of £15.

Step 3 - Swop

Log in and go to your courses section in TeamUp. Look for the ‘Manage Sessions’ button on the right hand side of the page. For further guidance on how to change a class within your course click here

If you can’t find an available slot straight away you can still cancel yourself out of a session and book into another class at a later time. 

You can change your regular class using the TeamUp platform right up to the class start time. Once you have missed your class this session cannot be re-scheduled.

Catch up’s must be arranged and undertaken before the end  of the course. Missed lessons cannot be carried over to a new course. 

Step 4 - Check!

Your TeamUpaccount ‘Dashboard’ when logged in displays all course dates booked, including any changes you have made. Log in and check your dashboard if you forget when you have changed a session for.
