NEW Registration Process
Step 1 - Decide if you want to continue!
If you hold a space in a current course at a specific day and time this space will still be yours, UNLESS you email me to say that you need to cancel or change.
To retain your space you now need to book in using the new online booking system, called TeamUp by 22nd February.
Step 2 - Wait for email from TeamUp
All customers have had their names and email addresses exported into the new TeamUp system. You will therefore shortly receive an invite link to register with my Pilates4Life TeamUp account. This email should be with you by Tuesday 4th February.
Step 3 - click on email and register.
When you register you will be asked for contact and health information, as well as to agree to waivers and policies regarding cancellation and catch up’s. This information will now be held under your customer profile. This will be a one off and won't be asked for again.
Once registered with your unique link in the email you need to sign up for your usual class and check out. Click here for a course registration guide that’s step by step!
Going forward you can continue to manage your classes by going to my website under the ‘Book Now’ link using the same registration details or with the brilliant TeamUp app if you have a smartphone.
Step 4 - Invoicing / Payment Options.
You will no longer receive an invoice from me as you will be told the price for each course that you register for and any pending payments can be viewed in your account.
You can pay by any of your usual payment methods - Cash, Cheque or via online banking, just select which you want to do at check out.
There is also a new payment option called ‘Go Cardless’. This is a flexible Direct Debit service that will only ever take the course amount, minus any valid discount code. Once the mandate is set up with your bank the course payment will leave your account. Future payments will leave within 2 days of your course registration.
