Got a Question? The answer might be below, but if not please contact me.
Where is the St Aubin Methodist Church Hall?
Park in any of the St Aubin public car parks and then walk along the Bulwarks to the Sea Fish Cafe. Walk down the little lane running alongside the cafe and you will see the hall at the end of the lane.
It’s my first class - what do I wear?
Wear any clothing that you feel comfortable in and that allows you to move freely.
Do I need to bring anything?
Mats and any equipment being used is provided. So you just need to bring yourself and some customers like to have water with them. During the Covid-19 pandemic you are encouraged to bring your own mat or a towel to lay over the existing mats.
I can’t make a couple of classes in the course, can I change these dates?
Yes! Log in at the Book Now link and sign in with the log in details that you used to register for the course. You can then view your course dates via the dashboard and change any dates that you can’t make with available spaces in other groups. All sessions must be taken by the end of the course and missed sessions can’t be rolled over. No dates can be changed until 48 hours before the first day of the course. This is to allow all customers time to register for their regular course space.

I can’t commit to a course - can I just drop in when I know I can make it?
Yes, you can. Drop in bookings can be made 48 hours before the course starts and then throughout the course. A higher cost applies to drop in classes of £15. The course rate is £12 a class but payment is due at the start of the course.
I’ve registered for a course and my circumstances have now changed. Can I cancel?
Yes! But there is a a Cancellation policy of one week. In the event that one week's cancellation notice is not given you are liable to pay for the classes up and until the expiry of the notice period, once given. For example: if the cancellation notice for group classes is not given until the second week of a course, you would be liable for the cost of the classes in the first and second week and a further one week notice period.
Current customers have first refusal on their current space. If you do not wish to continue with your allocated class slot for the next course, one week's cancellation notice is required in order for your space to be filled by another customer.
I have a few injuries and/or health conditions. Can I still take part?
Yes! When you register for a course you will be required to complete a PARQ (Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire). I will review your answers and it I have any concerns or am not sure whether the group class and level is right for you I will get in touch.
The course has already started - can I still join?
Yes, please email me to check availability and to confirm the price.
