Pilates Mat Classes

All Pilates4Life mat classes are taken by Helen Knight. Classes use a range of small equipment so that each week you can build on your classical Pilates repertoire with small variations.

I like to keep things small so I can make sure everyone is in the correct position and so that if you have a question you feel comfortable to ask it! Classes are therefore kept to 10 people maximum in each group.

Classes are available as beginners, intermediate and advanced so everyone can get the most from every session.

Monday

  • 5:45-6:40pm (Level 1-2)

Tuesday

  • 9am-9:55am (Level 1-2)

Wednesday

  • 5-5.55pm (Level 2)

  • 10:05-11:00am (Level 1)

  • 11:10am-12:05 (Level 1-2)

    Friday

  • 10:00-10:55am (Level 2)

  • 11.00 - 11:55am (Level 1-2)
